Rotary
swaging is to turning a die together with the main shaft(Ãà)
and forge it by giving
proper hit on the die. The figure (a) is a case in which there
are two dies, and the figure (b) is
one in which there are four dies. In the rotary swaging, the
die will be hit when the head of a
hammer and a roller meet as the hammer turns. The hammer will
be opened when it is in
between rollers by centrifugal force. At this time the material
will be supplied.

By
a centrifugal force of the main shaft, the swaging dies will
run repeatedly in the centrifugal
direction. When the two rollers are on the both ends of Thrust
Piece, the Dies will open and close
in maximum. This method will give us a better structure for
managing and replacing the thrust
piece and the dies. The forms of dies made by the shapes required
are designed for longer and
stronger durability. |

The
work of dies can be divided into three steps like the following
figure, and the working surface,
that is a section between the shafts is properly targeted and
get a minimal load of the shaft.
Consequently it is possible for us to shape it by even a small
Feed force. |

When the material is flowed
into it, and
a distortion angle between the shafts is
narrow, the middle part of the application
(10¢ª¢¦15¢ª) material will be used in between shafts.
|
When
there is a discrepancy in the distortion angle, it will
be applied.
(less than 90¢ª) |

Ram end forming is a process in which the molding(¼ºÇü) die
will be processed in a way of
indenting in the straight direction on the inside or outside
of the object under work.
As the object under work does not rotate, it is possible for
you to do a process for asymmetrical
or complex section of an object. Like the figure, when you
need to treat a pipe-like material you
will be able to do the work inside and outside at the same
time.
